Director for Global Client Onboarding

As the Director for Global Client Onboarding, lead initiatives focused on KYC and AML compliance across Global Banking & Markets from Toronto, Canada. Elevate onboarding standards through process innovation and regulatory alignment. - Direct global onboarding operations in KYC and AML
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for GBM clients
- Address complex issues and coordinate resolution efforts
- Standardize onboarding processes for better efficiency
- Implement process enhancements through technology
- Experienced in wholesale banking and client onboarding
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record with cross-border onboarding
- Strong understanding of capital market products
- Experience leading large-scale operational initiatives
