Program Management Client Director
BGIS
Lead client programs as a Program Management Client Director, focusing on project delivery and relationship management. Drive success through strategic planning and team leadership for optimal outcomes. This full-time role requires an experienced leader to manage client programs and deliver projects on time and within budget. The Client Director will oversee program execution, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for building strong client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and driving client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for program management and delivery success
- Lead project teams and assign resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate program risks proactively
- Ensure projects meet all compliance and regulatory standards
- Cultivate relationships with senior management clients
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in financial and budget management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMI, PMP)
