Associate Director, Sales Strategy at EQB

Drive sales effectiveness as an Associate Director in Sales Operations & Strategy at EQB. You will enhance productivity across mortgage and wealth solutions in a hybrid work setting. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Distribution, you'll collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales strategies for EQB's SFR Mortgage, Reverse Mortgage, and Wealth Solutions teams. Your leadership will focus on boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness while also leading the administrative team. Your proactivity and strong strategic mindset will be key in this financial services role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Operations and administration team
- Develop effective sales force strategies and tools
- Drive productivity across mortgage and wealth products
- Improve operational efficiency and overall sales productivity
- Proven leadership in sales operations
- Strong strategic partnership experience
- Knowledge of sales process design and tools
- Previous experience in financial services teams
