Lead YORK1's transformation in data strategy and AI enablement as a Director. Drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through innovation and advanced analytics. As a senior leader, you will define and execute YORK1's data ecosystem strategy, overseeing data governance and analytics. This role demands expertise in managing AI/RPA initiatives, integrating ERP systems, and ensuring high data integrity. Empower business units with actionable insights while spearheading automation initiatives for enhanced productivity. Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead enterprise data strategy and governance framework
• Oversee dashboards and enterprise reporting across business units
• Develop predictive analytics and operational planning capabilities
• Identify AI use cases to improve efficiency and productivity
• Enhance YORK1's SharePoint-based intranet for collaboration Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years in data management and enterprise technology roles
• Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced knowledge in AI, RPA, and SQL Shape YORK1's future by leveraging data, analytics, and AI technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
