- 10+ years in financial crime analytics or model validation
- Expertise in transaction monitoring and risk scoring models
- Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies
- Proficient in analytics tools like Python, R, and SQL
- Strong judgment and stakeholder management abilities
