Director, Trade & Analytics

Position Overview

We are looking for an incredibly dynamic leader to lead and drive insights for our e‑commerce channel, customer journey analytics, and lead our e‑commerce trade function. The incumbent will play a critical role in the fast and successful global growth of our e‑commerce channel and be a key driver for modeling and forecasting demand planning based on consumer behaviour, product sales and marketing performance. Your expertise in data analysis, financial acumen, performance marketing, and e‑commerce strategies will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and enhancing the company’s digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data‑driven insights to inform day‑to‑day and long‑term business decisions.
• Collect and analyze data from online sales and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
• Utilize the latest methodologies, technologies, and illustrative best practices to tell stories that inform what happened and what could happen.
• Define approaches and lead projects that close data gaps and identify actionable insights.
• Tie together media, marketing, merchandising and consumer insights to improve conversion efforts.
• Analyze changing consumer behaviours to drive revenue growth and optimise the user experience.
• Build and maintain customer models that identify and optimise the path to purchase.
• Provide insights on the next best path forward.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and web analytics tools.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, marketing principles, and A/B testing.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations through effective storytelling.
• Problem‑Solving : Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Industry Knowledge : Up‑to‑date with digital and retail trends and technologies.

Working Conditions

Hybrid environment.

Salary

Annual salary range: $145,000.00 – $181,000.00. The range is a guideline and does not represent a guaranteed offer. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
