Overview
Are you currently an accomplished Director or VP of Sales or VP of Sales and Marketing looking to take on a new challenge as VP of Sales and Marketing for an exciting Developer? We need someone with experience in mid‑rise and high‑rise residential projects. If you can demonstrate a proven ability to manage internal and external sales, direct brokerage sales agents and lead marketing campaigns for new project launches, this is the role for you.
Our client is an existing and highly respected business with impressive projects in Ontario. This autonomous role allows you to collaborate with all areas of the business and take ownership of projects you are proud of. You will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the President.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision for the Sales and Marketing division and cascade instructions on project implementation to external agencies.
- Lead all sales delivery and new marketing approaches, utilizing and managing the existing marketing team’s talents.
- Manage internal and external sales teams, including brokerage sales agents, directing their activity and sales messages for each new project.
- Lead creative vision and marketing campaigns for new project launches.
- Collaborate with all business areas to secure ownership and pride in your projects.
Qualifications
- Accomplished Director or VP of Sales/Marketing experience.
- Experience with mid‑rise and high‑rise residential projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and self‑driven initiative.
