Drive excellence in pharmacy operations with Shoppers Drug Mart as Vice President of Clinical Excellence & Transformation. Focus on patient safety, operational innovation, and workforce optimization at our Toronto location.
As a key senior leader, youll report to the SVP of Pharmacy Operations & Transformation. This role encompasses overseeing pharmacy workflow design, clinical standards, and patient care delivery across Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw outlets. Your leadership will implement transformative strategies to enhance pharmacy efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy workflow and operational strategies
- Implement AI and technology for enhanced patient care
- Drive strategic initiatives for patient safety compliance
- Cultivate a culture of learning and accountability
- Lead incident management and systemic improvement processes
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of pharmacy leadership experience
- Expertise in healthcare and pharmacy regulations
- Ability to manage large budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Proven experience leading transformative technology initiatives
- Solid communication and influencing skills
