Toronto Vice President, Supply Management at Sodexo

Shape the future of supply management at Sodexo as Vice President in Toronto, Ontario. Drive innovation in procurement and category optimization across the organization. As a full-time leader, you will guide the Supply Management team and report to the Chief Procurement Officer of North America. Your strategic vision will focus on enhancing supplier performance and aligning with corporate growth strategies. This role emphasizes leadership in supply chain transformation and optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop 3-year supply plans
- Lead supplier negotiations and bid administration
- Oversee the execution of the Strategic Sourcing process
- Identify category needs based on market trends
- Foster a coordinated category management strategy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics or supply management
- 10-15 years of experience in supply management roles
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to deliver results and inspire innovation
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
