Iris Munro is Vice President, Property Marketing at CBRE Canada, where she provides strategic leadership for the firm’s national Property Marketing platform. She is responsible for shaping and scaling CBRE’s property marketing strategy across all asset classes and geographies, ensuring alignment with both business priorities and client objectives. In her role, she has set the tone for what property marketing means within the industry – championing a differentiated and fluid approach that integrates brand, design, narrative, and tenant engagement to drive business outcomes.

In her role, Iris also oversees CBRE’s creative marketing agency, the first in-house creative agency of its kind within a Canadian brokerage. Under Iris’s leadership, this agency provides clients and brokers with compelling creative assets, targeted campaigns, and multi-faceted strategies that elevate properties in a competitive marketplace and catalyze leasing opportunities. In addition, she supports CBRE’s network of locally embedded creative professionals across major cities, ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing and design services nationwide.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Iris has built a reputation for delivering high-impact strategies and measurable results. She has partnered with institutional investors, private ownership groups, and developers to position some of Canada’s most prominent assets and developments.

Iris holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and her real estate license. She is recognized for her ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, streamline marketing operations, and uphold the highest standards of creativity and execution across CBRE’s platform.
