Client Focused Associate Vice President, Retirement Toronto

Take a leading role at Gallagher Benefit Services as a Client-Focused Associate Vice President specializing in Retirement solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting for group retirement clients’ needs
- Build robust relationships with clients and internal teams
- Prepare insightful reports on investment and plan performance
- Provide guidance on plan design and compliance
- Manage RFP and vendor selection processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in retirement plan consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Professional designations preferred (CFA, CFP, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Canadian pension laws and CAPs
- Bilingual in French is an asset
