Senior Marketing Operations Leader in Toronto
Toronto Public Library
Strategically lead marketing operations at the Toronto Reference Library. This full-time role focuses on enhancing processes, managing projects, and driving data-informed decisions within the Communications, Programming and Customer Engagement division. As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will report directly to the CMO. Your expertise in project management, process excellence, and technology enablement will be critical to align with Toronto Public Library’s strategic goals. You will lead a high-performance team, ensuring excellent service delivery across multiple areas of operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the CPCE portfolio, from planning to execution
- Maintain project management tools for visibility on risks and budgets
- Align divisional workplans with organizational strategic priorities
- Optimize marketing processes to reduce inefficiencies
- Lead implementation of marketing technology and data analytics
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
- Minimum seven years in operations or project leadership
- Experience with project management software
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to public service values and inclusivity
