Marketing Director at Bayview Village (Toronto)

Lead marketing initiatives at Bayview Village as a Marketing Director. This on‑site, 12‑month contract role focuses on strategic planning and community engagements. Reporting to the Vice President of National Marketing, you will oversee day‑to‑day marketing activities tailored for Bayview Village. Your expertise in traditional and digital media, social media management, and event planning will be essential. Develop marketing materials, manage a budget, and foster relationships with tenants, consumers, and partners, ensuring the Centre maintains a positive reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily marketing operations at Bayview Village
- Execute strategic marketing plans for all media types
- Manage and analyze the annual marketing budget
- Produce and distribute marketing communication materials
- Plan and execute community events, securing sponsors
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of marketing experience
- Robust leadership abilities in team settings
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
