Lead impactful strategies with Salt, a hybrid role as Senior Director of Strategy in Toronto. Shape creative briefs and strategic directions across multiple client portfolios and creative teams. As a pivotal member of the Strategy team, the Senior Director will establish standards that align human insights with commercial outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Accounts, and Clients to ensure projects resonate deeply with audiences and drive meaningful results. This leadership role demands clarity in strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire innovative ideas from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction for diverse clients and pods
- Champion quality in strategic output and insight development

- Develop insights and clear strategic guidance

- 7-10+ years in strategy or integrated marketing
- Experience with complex marketing programs
- Proven ability to distill insights into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership in client relationships
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
