Toronto Manager, Automation Strategy

Shape the future of Global HR Modernization as the Manager of Automation Strategy in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through process optimization and automation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving a customer-focused culture while utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles. Work closely with the Director to assess current processes and identify actionable automation improvements. Your experience in analytics and problem-solving will be key to translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder buy-in. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer-first approach within HR
- Partner with key figures to assess and redesign processes
- Manage end-to-end operational initiatives effectively
- Apply analytics to discover automation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Strong process improvement background with Lean/Six Sigma
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities with complex datasets
- Familiarity with tools like Power Platform or Python/R
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
