CPA Manager Focused on Tax Strategies

Drive tax excellence as a CPA Manager with expertise in Toronto, Ontario. Focus on corporate tax planning, compliance, and team leadership to deliver optimal client outcomes. In this full-time role, you will leverage your 4-7 years in public accounting to manage key client engagements. Your responsibilities include preparing tax returns, mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance with the latest tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate and personal tax planning strategies
- Oversee preparation of tax returns and compliance reports
- Mentor staff accountants to enhance their skill sets
- Review work for accuracy and provide feedback
- Lead initiatives for technical research and innovation
- 4-7 years of public accounting experience
- Proficient in Canadian corporate and personal tax
- Experience managing client relationships and teams
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust within teams and with clients
