Mid-Senior CPA Manager Opportunity

Drive accounting excellence as a Mid-Senior CPA Manager located in Toronto, Ontario. Focus on tax planning and compliance while leading a high-performing team. In this full-time role, you will manage client engagements related to corporate tax and advisory services. Bring your 4-7 years of expertise in public accounting to ensure accurate tax return preparation while fostering staff development through mentorship and constructive feedback, alongside staying informed on the latest tax laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate and personal tax planning strategies
- Oversee preparation of tax returns and compliance reports
- Mentor staff accountants to enhance their skill sets
- Review work for accuracy and provide feedback
- Lead initiatives for technical research and innovation
- 4-7 years of public accounting experience
- Proficient in Canadian corporate and personal tax
- Experience managing client relationships and teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust within teams and with clients
