Manager of Workplace Strategy Role

Lead the future of office culture as the Manager of Workplace Strategy at Equitable Bank. This full-time position combines office experience management with facilities oversight across various locations in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of workplace initiatives while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Expertise in AutoCAD and knowledge of sustainable building practices like LEED will be crucial. You will cultivate collaboration and engagement in the workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead space planning and workplace strategy initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date floor plans and documentation
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets
- Supervise facilities maintenance and service providers
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and safety standards
- 5–8 years in workplace strategy or facilities management
- 3–4 years of AutoCAD experience
- Knowledge of LEED and WELL-aligned practices
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
