Lead Agile transformations at Fidelity in a flexible hybrid environment as an Agile Delivery Manager. Drive collaboration and coaching to foster high-performing Agile teams. Reporting to the VP of Project Governance Office, you will mentor Agile teams, facilitate key processes, and ensure seamless delivery of valuable products. Your influence will impact team dynamics and align various roles toward common goals, creating synergy across projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead multiple Agile teams
- Act as a liaison among Scrum Masters and teams
- Address and eliminate roadblocks promptly
- Facilitate Agile event coordination
- Deliver consolidated updates to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years in Agile roles; 2+ as a Scrum Master
- Relevant Agile certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools
- Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills
