Director of International Marketing Operations

Transform fan engagement dynamics as the Director of International Marketing Operations, leading 1:1 initiatives from a remote environment. Ensure compliance and operational efficiency across diverse markets. This position is critical for executing localized marketing campaigns that resonate with international audiences. With 8-10+ years in CRM or performance-driven marketing, you will lead a skilled team to maintain high standards of operational delivery. Success will be gauged by your ability to meet Club demands while navigating complex data privacy regulations and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee international marketing campaign execution
- Manage operations of a global, distributed workforce
- Optimize engagement strategies across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with Legal for compliance on campaign execution
- Support performance metrics and operational reporting
- 8-10+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with managed services or agency models
- Knowledge of international data privacy laws
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams
- Strong skills in MarTech tools and platforms
