- Develop and implement annual sales strategies
- Support advisors with business planning and follow-ups
- Conduct product presentations to enhance advisor knowledge
- Network within regions to grow advisor relationships
- Document all sales efforts accurately using Salesforce
- 5+ years experience in individual insurance products
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian insurance market
- Strong relationship-building skills with advisors
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of compliance management practices
