Shape the future of digital infrastructure as the Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Operations in the Digital & Innovation Office. Lead operational excellence and strategic execution efforts. Your role as a trusted advisor to senior leaders will help drive clarity and actionable insights while managing complex, high-stakes digital initiatives. You’ll be responsible for transforming strategy into operational goals and ensuring program accountability that aligns with business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate enterprise strategies into actionable operational plans
- Lead comprehensive design of operational processes and governance
- Accelerate decision-making through effective storytelling
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to activate business strategies
- Ensure alignment and accountability across levels of DIO
- Deep experience in leading digital strategy and operations
- Expertise in managing high-impact transformation programs
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Advanced diplomacy in building consensus within leadership
- Executive education such as an MBA preferred
