Drive Interac's technology vision as the Head of T&O Business Management. Strategically influence operations and governance in this essential leadership position. In this senior role, you will report to the CTO and strategically lead the Technology & Operations (T&O) organization at Interac. Your extensive experience of over 15 years in governance, compliance, and operational leadership will be pivotal in overseeing business strategies. You will ensure transparency and efficiency in T&O while driving alignment across various functions and managing risks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of T&O strategy development
- Coordinate strategic planning across functional areas
- Manage investment governance for T&O projects
- Embed risk management practices into decision-making
- Provide insights for Board-level engagement
- 15+ years in technology management
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related certifications considered
- Strong governance, risk, and compliance knowledge
- Proven leadership in complex organizations
- Exceptional presentation and analytical skills
