Senior Technology Scenario Testing Manager

- Champion resilience-focused engineering culture across teams
- Design and govern effective Technology Scenario Tests
- Analyze historical incidents for testing refinement
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators (KRIs)
- Facilitate resilience testing exercises effectively
- 7–10+ years in technology engineering roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and analytics tools
- Knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and resilience practices
