About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires a strong sourcing background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source and engage top talent using Recruiter and other channels
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to develop hiring strategies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
- Maintain ATS data integrity and recruitment reporting
- Build diverse talent pipelines and provide market insights
- Drive a positive, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Bilingual: English and French
- Experience with Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Background in Financial Services, Technology, or Consulting preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Experience working with recruitment metrics, reporting, and dashboards
