Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support recruitment initiatives across a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent, building candidate pipelines, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting expertise, experience supporting technical and professional hiring, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR teams while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across multiple business functions.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and behavioral assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver a positive, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity within ATS and HR systems.
• Support recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and data quality initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruiting partners, and external talent networks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services, banking, consulting, or technology environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.
• Experience evaluating candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interview methodologies.
• Experience working with ATS platforms, recruiting databases, and HR systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruitment metrics, reporting, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within banking, financial services, consulting, or technology sectors.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) recruiting practices.
• Experience supporting high-volume or specialized recruiting initiatives.
• Strong candidate engagement and talent pipeline development capabilities.
