Talent Sourcer- Recruitment( M/F )

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our talent attraction and acquisition strategy, connecting top market profiles with exciting opportunities. You will play an influential role with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers by bringing creative solutions, market insights, and a proactive vision of recruitment. If you enjoy pushing the boundaries of traditional sourcing and building sustainable talent pipelines, this role is for you!

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
Proactively reach out to prospects and conduct initial screening to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, with a focus on specialized and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray, social sourcing) to identify and engage passive candidates.
Leverage CRM and ATS tools (e.g., Workday) to manage candidate data and ensure high data integrity.
Share market analyses, talent mapping, and strategic insights with stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
Participate in national sourcing initiatives and contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing talent research capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates through creative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
Proficiency with sourcing tools, social platforms, and ATS/CRM systems.
Bilingual: French and English (*)
This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as the role involves communicating with candidates, clients, and partners located both within Quebec and outside the province.
