eWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires a strong sourcing background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience

.Key Responsibilitie

• sManage end-to-end recruitment processe
• sSource and engage top talent using Recruiter and other channel
• sPartner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to develop hiring strategie
• sConduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluation
• sCoordinate interviews and recruitment activitie
• sMaintain ATS data integrity and recruitment reportin
• gBuild diverse talent pipelines and provide market insight
• sDrive a positive, inclusive, and transparent candidate experienc

eQualification

• sBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fiel
• d5+ years of recruitment experienc
• eBilingual: English and Frenc
• hExperience with Recruiter and ATS platform
• sBackground in Financial Services, Technology, or Consulting preferre
• dStrong communication, relationship-building, and client service skill
• sExperience working with recruitment metrics, reporting, and dashboard
