Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this strategic position plays a vital role in full-cycle recruitment across Aecon’s Utilities and Civil sectors. With a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, you will employ diverse sourcing strategies and build strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Hamilton LRT project roles
- Build candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Guide candidates through the selection process for smooth onboarding
- Analyze recruitment data to improve overall hiring processes
- 5+ years of recruitment experience; 3 years end-to-end focus
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with diversity hiring initiatives
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
