- Partner with leadership to refine hiring strategies
- Oversee full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Lead initiatives to optimize recruitment technology
- Source and engage high-impact candidates proactively
- Design a supportive candidate experience throughout
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth settings
- In-house recruitment experience is a plus
- Solid technical understanding of roles
- Investigative mindset to research talent trends
- Effective communicator with data-driven insights
