Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist Canada

Transform the recruitment landscape at The Fertility Partners as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. This strategic role combines team leadership with direct involvement in recruiting top talent across Canada. As the Lead Specialist, you will mentor and manage two Talent Acquisition Partners in their daily recruiting endeavors. This position requires hands-on participation in all stages of recruitment, ensuring both efficiency and candidate satisfaction. Your responsibility includes not only leading hiring strategies but also developing scalable processes within the TFP network. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts of two Talent Acquisition Partners
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for key roles
- Address intricate hiring relationships and negotiations
- Monitor team workload and eliminate obstacles
- Collaborate with leaders to set hiring standards and profiles
- 5-8 years of extensive recruitment experience
- Proven experience in mentoring and team management
- Accomplished in managing full-cycle employment processes
- Expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Strong communication skills for building relationships
