You will also maintain vital recruiting metrics and utilize ATS tools effectively to optimize the hiring workflow. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage multiple EPD requisitions
• Actively source candidates using diverse channels
• Conduct effective intake meetings with management
• Track key hiring metrics in partnership with leadership
• Configure jobs and interviews through Ashby

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven record in a high-growth SaaS company
• Skilled in ATS systems like Ashby or Lever
• History of closing senior candidates successfully
• Ability to handle multiple search processes simultaneously
