Experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Toronto, Ontario! This role centers on full-cycle recruitment and effective collaboration with hiring managers. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be tasked with leading end-to-end recruitment for various roles while focusing on building a diverse talent pool. Your expertise in applicant sourcing and strong communication skills will help in advising hiring managers. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in improving recruitment processes and ensuring candidates have a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring
- Establish strong connections with candidates and hiring managers
- Use data to inform recruitment strategies
- Support the development of job postings
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven track record of leading recruitment initiatives
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
- Proficient with sourcing tools and ATS
- Experience in construction or infrastructure sectors preferred
