How you’ll make an impact
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with Gallagher’s business goals.
- Build and nurture a diverse network of active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing methods and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Champion innovative recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
- Foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
About you
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders across regions.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as iCIMS, and a passion for leveraging social media in talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for insurance, brokerage, or risk management roles is a plus.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a commitment to fostering diversity and equity in hiring practices.
