Global Legal Counsel for Payments

This role involves advising on licensing, regulatory, and compliance aspects across multiple jurisdictions related to payment services and digital assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on global payment regulations
- Lead licensing applications and regulatory engagements
- Analyze regulatory developments impacting payments
- Draft and negotiate documentation related to payment services
- Collaborate with various internal teams for regulatory alignment
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years of experience
- Experience in fintech or payment service firms
- Strong understanding of global payments regulations
- Familiarity with stablecoins or digital assets preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
