You will oversee end-to-end study execution for oncology trials, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP standards. Your leadership will drive timelines, scope, and deliverables while mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global clinical trial lifecycle from initiation to closeout
• Manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of study milestones
• Collaborate with Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Safety teams
• Track study enrollment and monitor trial progress
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma
• Strong oncology trial knowledge and TMF/CTMS expertise
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities
• Experience coordinating with CROs and external vendors
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
