Legal Counsel in Commercial Litigation at Transat

Your abilities in risk management and dispute resolution will be crucial in advising and supporting internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial and regulatory litigation
- Recommend risk management and dispute strategies
- Manage external counsel oversight effectively
- Participate in negotiations and dispute resolutions
- Advise on compliance-related matters
- Member of the Barreau du Québec
- 7-10 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in highly regulated environments
- Proven legal risk management skills
- Bilingual in French and English
