Senior Legal Counsel for Aviation Litigation

- Manage commercial, civil, and regulatory litigation cases
- Advise on legal risks and compliance with regulations
- Lead negotiations and settlements for disputes
- Oversee external counsel and related mandates
- Participate in crisis management initiatives
- Must be an active member of the Barreau du Québec
- Minimum of 7 years in commercial litigation
- Experience in the aviation sector preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in both French and English required
