L’avocat·e sénior agit comme partenaire stratégique auprès des équipes de production, des opérations et de la direction. Elle accompagne l’organisation dans un environnement dynamique et créatif, en assurant une gestion rigoureuse des risques tout en facilitant l’innovation. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires sur des projets numériques d’envergure.
- Rédiger, réviser et négocier divers contrats (fournisseurs, distribution, licences, EULAs, NDAs, etc.)
- Conseiller les équipes et les gestionnaires avec des avis juridiques clairs et orientés solution
- Identifier et atténuer les risques juridiques liés aux activités de l’entreprise
- Assurer la conformité aux lois applicables (propriété intellectuelle, données, travail, etc.)
- Effectuer une veille juridique, notamment sur les enjeux liés au numérique et à Internet
- Réviser le contenu des jeux et du matériel marketing (droits d’auteur, marques, droit à l’image, etc.)
- Collaborer avec les équipes de production et les partenaires internes sur les enjeux juridiques
- Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec
- Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Expertise en droit du numérique, propriété intellectuelle, droit des affaires ou droit du travail
- Excellente capacité à vulgariser des concepts juridiques complexes
- Fortes habiletés de communication et d’influence
- Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement rapide et matriciel
- Jugement professionnel, autonomie et approche pragmatique
Encore mieux si tu as
- Expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo, du divertissement ou du numérique
- Connaissance de la common law canadienne
- Familiarité avec les environnements technologiques ou créatifs
