You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and operations to integrate compliance throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass developing policies, monitoring regulations across regions, and supporting internal investigations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive global compliance framework
• Conduct thorough compliance assessments and reporting
• Oversee corporate and regulatory legal adherence
• Guide internal investigations of misconduct
• Advise on training to enhance compliance culture

Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of legal experience required
• Expertise in compliance and regulatory laws
• Successful history in managing compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment
• Member of the Quebec bar necessary
