As part of the Lightspeed Legal Team, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, managing legal risks, and providing guidance on compliance matters for new product developments. You will also drive the legal training strategy and research critical legal issues, ensuring seamless operations across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC. Key Responsibilities:

Draft commercial contracts with various stakeholders
Offer legal and commercial advice to teams
Document and disseminate legal knowledge within the organization
Identify compliance issues related to product development
Manage cross-border legal projects and investigations

Requirements:

LL.B or J.D. degree; licensed in Canada/U.S.
2-4 years of post-qualification experience
Strong contract negotiation skills and experience
Fluent in English; French is advantageous
Skill in managing priorities in a fast-paced setting
