Routine Cleaning - Saskatoon, SK Part-time · $18/hour + Commission + Bonuses
About the Role
Routine Cleaning is a growing cleaning and yard care company based in Saskatoon. We're hiring a part-time Sales Representative to help follow up with warm leads and book new clients.
This flexible position is ideal for someone with sales, customer service, or appointment booking experience who is confident on the phone and enjoys helping people make decisions.
Position Details
- Part-time: 5-10 hours per week to start
- Average of 7 hours/week
- Flexible schedule (respond to leads within 24 hours)
- Opportunity to grow into up to 25 hours/week in the next 3-4 months
Compensation
- $18/hour base pay
- $20 for each lead closed (client books a service)
- $15 for each quote appointment booked
- Performance Bonuses:
- $120/week bonus for closing 5 leads per week
- $300/week bonus for closing 10 leads or quotes per week
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential clients by phone, text, or email
- Answer questions and guide clients toward booking a service
- Schedule quotes or service appointments
- Track communication and results using tools like BookingKoala and spreadsheets
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Tech-comfortable able to learn basic scheduling/CRM software
