Strategic People Partner in HR

Lead organizational transformation as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner. Drive strategies that enhance workplace performance and customer engagement in a thriving environment. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional leadership to drive aligned HR strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion. With a focus on performance enablement and organizational design, you will ensure the right talent is in place to meet business demands. Data-driven approaches will guide your strategic recommendations and foster alignment with cultural values. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify key organizational needs
- Align talent strategies with pipeline and market goals
- Drive complex GTM initiatives across commercial functions
- Coach leaders on performance and team effectiveness
- Utilize analytics to inform people strategies
- Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field
- 7+ years of HR experience with a focus on revenue teams
- Proficiency in workforce planning and performance metrics
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of HR practices in Canada and the U.S.
