Senior HR Executive Focused on Performance and Talent Development

- Develop and execute people strategies to enhance performance
- Lead the design of a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with executives to align HR with business strategies
- Drive talent acquisition to strengthen organizational capabilities
- Evaluate and improve HR processes consistently
- 10+ years HR leadership experience, at least 5 in growing firms
- Familiarity with Canadian and US labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar
- Proven track record in scaling teams effectively
- High attention to detail and communication skills
