Strategic Communications Lead - Bilingual

Become a pivotal strategic resource as a Bilingual Communications Lead focused on tenant communication and relationship management in commercial real estate. This role combines operational expertise with strong writing skills. The successful candidate will manage the Tenant Relationship and Communications program, implementing a variety of communication strategies to improve the tenant experience. In this full-time position, your ability to develop effective communication plans will be essential in supporting tenant satisfaction and operational needs within building management and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Tenant Relationship Management Program effectively
- Innovate bilingual communication strategies for tenants
- Guide communication specialists and mentor their development
- Develop and implement media and public relations policies
- Enhance communication tools and platforms for effectiveness
- College diploma or university degree in related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant communications experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite for creative material development
- Strong editing and writing skills across diverse formats
- Experience in commercial real estate or facility management preferred
