Bilingual Systems Analyst for Pension Modernization Initiatives

Elevate pension administration by becoming a Bilingual Systems Analyst! Engage in crucial modernization projects, workflow enhancement, and ensure efficient communications in a diverse, inclusive environment. This role involves supporting pivotal initiatives under the Pension Administration Office. You will help transition to a new administration system, review existing processes, and digitize files while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Key skills include advanced analytical abilities, strong IT support experience, and effective project planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with committees to support pension initiatives
- Analyze and validate administration workflows and processes
- Develop schedules and prioritize system change requests
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and documentation
- Assist in training development for pension systems
- Minimum 5 years in pension administration or similar field
- College or university degree in relevant discipline
- Bilingual communication in English and French
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices
