Strategic Change Management Consultant
Renaud Consulting IM/IT Solutions
Drive impactful change as a Strategic Change Management Consultant with a focus on project implementation and organizational transformation. You'll lead project teams and develop essential tools to ensure successful strategy execution. In this role, your extensive experience will enable you to create a comprehensive project plan, identify risks, and support internal teams through various phases of implementation. You will lead change impact analyses, develop organizational action plans, and guide a Transition Team while fostering self-sufficiency in ongoing transitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project implementation plans with timelines and milestones
- Advise internal teams during planning and execution phases
- Conduct change impact analyses for strategic implementation
- Create tools and processes for effective project management
- Engage with senior leadership on culture change initiatives
- 120 months of experience in project and change management
- Strong skills in organizational design and staff engagement
- Proficiency in meeting facilitation and communication strategies
- Ability to manage risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Willingness to travel within BC and Yukon for staff engagement
