As a Medication Care Partner, you will play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. This position is designed for individuals with a passion for helping others and the necessary medication administration certification. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out medication administration for residents
- Assist with daily living tasks to support resident independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure holistic care
- Promote a safe and engaging environment for all individuals
- Take part in skills development and training sessions
- Must be a graduate of a recognized Personal Support Worker program
- Current enrollment in nursing studies or an international nursing certification
- Required certification in Medication Administration
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check clearance
- First Aid and CPR / AED certification
