DUCA Human Resources Business Partner

DUCA

Step into a pivotal role as DUCA's Human Resources Business Partner on a 13-month contract. Focus on talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. The HR Business Partner will serve as a vital resource for business leaders, helping to navigate the complexities of human resource practices aligned with organizational goals. With at least three years of HR experience and a commitment to fostering positive workplace environments, your contributions will drive engagement and effectiveness within your assigned teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on talent management and workforce planning
  • Develop succession plans and individual development strategies
  • Guide leaders in job design and evaluation processes
  • Promote a positive employee relations environment
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 3+ years as an HR Business Partner
  • CHRP designation mandatory; CHRL a bonus
  • Background in employee relations and performance coaching
  • Experience in the financial services sector valued
