Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a high-growth organization in Markham, Ontario. This hands-on, hybrid role focuses on employee relations and health & safety governance. This contract role, lasting 3 to 6 months, is perfect for experienced HR professionals with 7+ years in HR management or as a Senior HRBP. You will build structure, strengthen compliance, and partner with organizational leaders across several Canadian provinces while managing HR policies and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations and workplace investigations
- Administer health & safety governance and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance reviews across multiple provinces
- Collaborate with leaders to support HR initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background in employee relations and compliance
- Proven expertise in health & safety administration
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
